Understanding your laundry total
What does 25 pounds look like?
The weight of a bag depends on what is inside it. A bag of towels or jeans can weigh more than the same-size bag of lightweight clothing, so a basket count is only a rough guide. We weigh your laundry at the facility; you do not need to guess an exact weight when booking.
For standard pickup, the 25 lb minimum is $48.75 in laundry service plus $5 delivery. A 30 lb order is $63.50, and a 40 lb order is $83.00, before discounts and additional items. Sending less than 25 lb does not reduce the minimum charge.
How weighing and payment work
We weigh your laundry at our facility. Your laundry charge is based on the billable weight and the applicable minimum, plus delivery and any selected extras. Comforters and pillows have separate item prices. Review the pricing information and service terms available during booking.

Bedding prices and optional care
Comforters and pillows are priced per item, in addition to any per-pound order. Sheets and everyday washable laundry use the per-pound rate. Ask our team about order minimums and delivery terms for a bedding-only pickup.
Choose hypoallergenic detergent for an additional $3 when booking. This optional upgrade is separate from the per-pound rate and delivery fee.

What if I send less than 25 pounds?
Standard pickup and delivery has a 25 lb minimum. Your laundry charge starts at $48.75, plus the $5 delivery fee, even if the bag weighs less than 25 lb.
Do I pay both delivery fees for same-day service?
No. The $18 same-day fee replaces the standard $5 delivery fee. At the 25 lb minimum, the total is $66.75 before discounts and additional items.
Does the first-order offer remove the minimum?
No. New customers can use code 20OFF for $20 off the first order, with the standard minimum and delivery fees still applying.
How are comforters and pillows charged?
Twin/full comforters are $24.95 each, queen/king comforters are $29.95 each, and pillows are $12.95 each. Ask our team about the minimum and delivery terms for an order containing only per-item bedding.
