List each property’s bed sizes, sheet sets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths and kitchen linens, and what a normal stay uses. That sizes the load better than a unit count.

Does a same-day turnover mean the linens return before check-in?
Not automatically. Guest changeover and laundry return are separate schedules. Share the actual deadlines and confirm the laundry arrangement, while keeping enough clean stock available for incoming guests.
