Residential laundry pickup and delivery takes care of the wash that builds up at home. Drop & Dash collects your bag, processes your order separately in our own facilities, and returns your laundry washed, dried and neatly folded. Tell us your preferences when you book so our team knows how you like your laundry handled.
What your service includes
Everyday laundry, handled for you
Send your everyday washable clothes, towels and sheets. Our team handles the washing, drying and folding, and our drivers bring your finished laundry back to your arranged delivery location.
Standard wash and fold is $1.95 per pound with a 25 lb minimum and a $5 round-trip delivery fee. Comforters and pillows have separate item prices. Review laundry pickup and delivery prices for the full breakdown.
Your laundry stays separate
Your order is washed separately from other customers’ laundry. Chicago pickup orders are served by our Kedzie facility; orders from other approved service municipalities are served by our Niles facility. Our own team handles the laundry and our own drivers handle pickup and delivery.

Tell us how you like it done
Add your preferences when you book, including the $3 hypoallergenic-detergent upgrade, cold wash, hang drying or a folding request. Your preferences are saved for future orders. If a request changes the care process, contact us about eligibility, timing and any additional charge before pickup.
Items that need a conversation first
Check care labels before adding anything to your regular bag. Let us know about stains, delicate fabrics, unusual materials or items needing special treatment. Our team can discuss whether an item fits the service and what handling it needs; stain removal and special-care results should not be assumed.

Phone requests before noon for same-day turnaround, with an $18 fee replacing standard delivery.

Bring your laundry to any of the 22 Wash Smart stores. $1.45 per pound with a 15 lb minimum.

Will my order be mixed with someone else’s laundry?
No. Customer orders are processed separately. Your laundry is handled by our team in our own facilities.
Can I request a different detergent or wash setting?
Yes. Add your care preferences when booking, including hypoallergenic detergent for an additional $3 or a cold wash. Ask our team about anything that needs a different process or additional handling.
Can I request hang drying?
You can request hang drying. Contact our team about the item, timing and any applicable charge before pickup; special-care items may need a different return arrangement from a standard order.
What should I do about a stain or delicate item?
Tell us what the item is and describe the care label and stain before sending it. We will discuss whether we can accept it and any handling instructions. Do not put an uncertain item into a regular wash-and-fold bag without checking.
