Everyday shirts, socks, underwear, towels and sheets can go into your regular laundry order when their care labels permit the service. Items that need a different wash or drying method should be discussed with our team before pickup. Comforters and pillows are priced separately.

Neatly folded laundry makes the last step easier. Add your folding preferences when booking, and contact us if an item needs a particular finish. Our residential laundry service page explains saved preferences and special handling in more detail, including the optional $3 hypoallergenic-detergent upgrade.

It means your everyday washable laundry is washed, dried and folded for you. You receive a finished laundry order rather than using the machines yourself.
Can towels and sheets go with my regular clothes?
Everyday washable towels and sheets are part of the regular per-pound laundry service. Comforters and pillows have separate prices; check comforter cleaning in Chicago before including bulky items.
Is pressing included in wash and fold?
Wash and fold describes a washed, dried and folded finish. If you need a particular pressed or hanger finish, ask our team about that item before booking rather than assuming it is included.
