There are a lot of people behind a neatly folded bag of laundry. At Drop & Dash, they’re part of a local team: the drivers who collect your bags, the laundry attendants who care for your clothes, and the customer support staff you can reach when you need help.
We provide pickup and delivery for households and businesses across Chicago and our served suburbs, bringing an experienced laundry operation to your door.

Drop & Dash is the pickup-and-delivery brand from the team behind Wash Smart.
Wash Smart is our network of 22 laundry stores across Chicago and the suburbs. Drop & Dash brings that same team’s laundry experience to your home or business. Two brands, with the same people and local operation behind them.

People with roots in the neighborhoods we serve
We hire locally, including people who live in the neighborhoods our stores and delivery routes serve. Many team members have been with us for years. In some cases, more than one member of the same family works within our organization.
Those long-standing connections are part of who we are. Behind the vans, the machines, and the folded laundry are people who have spent time working together and caring for customers’ everyday laundry.

Our full-time local support team is available by phone, text, and email. If you need help with a pickup, a care request, or an order, there are people you can contact.

Tell us how you like your laundry done, or contact us before sending something that needs special care. Our customer support team is available 7am–7pm, seven days a week, and Spanish-language help is available.

Commercial customers are assigned an account manager from day one, with communication by email, text, or phone. We work with you to agree pickup and delivery times, wash and dry requirements, folding, packaging, and processing needs, so the service fits the way your business runs.
